Time In Franchises is very concerned with the success of our franchisees. Because of this, we offer assistance and training in virtually every step of the business process. Site selection: Location is an intricate part of the success of any business. Time In works with each franchisee to determine whether a location is right for your business. From traffic patterns to demographics and aesthetic appearance, we will work with you to determine the best location within your territory. Exclusive Territory: Each Time In location has its own exclusive territory based on demographics and proximity to other existing Time In locations. This allows you to build your business and reputation in your community and service a clientele that knows you and your business personally. Architectural Design: Image and recognition is important in business. When a customer walks into a Time In play center, the first word out of their mouth is “Wow!” Our design drawings and décor package will help you achieve the same results. Training and Support: Our training programs combine our home office as well as on site assistance to help you become comfortable and confident in running your business. In addition, our Grand Opening support team and a comprehensive operations manual will make sure you are ready to party. Ongoing Communication and Support: Time In continues to research trends as well as new products and services with respect to our industry. With an annual training meeting as well as periodic field visits, we openly communicate with our franchisees and customers. We know our franchisees offer valuable feed back and ideas. Utilizing our family of talent allows us to outpace our competitors and keep the Time In experience fresh and exciting. Brand: Time In is constantly looking for new ways to expand our brand recognition. Through our National Marketing Fund, every franchisee will benefit from professionally produced ad material and our regional marketing efforts. Vendors: Economies of scale…in other words, the bigger you are the cheaper it is! Time In works directly with our approved vendors to get our franchisees preferred pricing. These discounts are passed directly through to our franchisees. As a small business owner, this is a big advantage. Q: How long has Time In been in business?
Karl Lens
opened Time In in November of 2002. After disappointing visits to
child entertainment centers with his own three children, he set out
to design a play center that catered both to the children and their
parents. A one stop party place where children could play freely
without being distracted by video games and cheesy toys. Now, Monica Suarez has taken over and is taking the business to the next level by adding Mommy & Me classes and Parent Relief Nights. Q: What kind of business background do I need to run a Time In Franchise? Although helpful, a business background is not required. Time In Franchises will provide training and assistance with every aspect of the business process. It is important however, that you have a love for kids and a passion for the Time In concept. As with any successful business, it is also important to have a strong work ethic, good communication skills and the ability to perform several tasks at one time. Q: What is the Franchise Fee? The current fee is $25 K. Q What are the royalties? Weekly royalties are $300 and are collected electronically. Q: What is the total investment that is needed for a Time In Franchise location? The estimated total investment ranges from $198K to $267K including the franchise fee. Tenant improvements account for a large part of these estimates and may vary significantly. A complete breakdown of all associated costs is available in the UFOC. (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular) Q: How much money can I expect to make operating a Time In Franchise location? Like the majority of franchisors, Time In Franchises does not provide an earnings claim. Because of this, Time In Franchises does not provide or authorize anyone else to provide information on past or possible future financial results with respect to any Time In franchise or company owned unit. An individual’s financial results depend on many factors, including, but not limited to, how hard you work, how closely you follow our system, your competition, etc. Time In Franchises can not reliably predict, forecast or project future performance, revenues, profits or otherwise of any Time In location. We do suggest that as you contact current operating franchise owners, you collect information so you can complete your own business due diligence. Q: Does Time In Franchises offer any financing?
